These terms govern the use of JokersRevenge and apply to every punter who registers a library card. By creating an account, a punter confirms acceptance of the rules set out below.

Eligibility

Registration is limited to individuals aged 18 or older, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher. JokersRevenge reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point and to suspend an account until such proof is provided. Access is void where prohibited by local law, and each punter is responsible for confirming that online gambling is legal in their own jurisdiction before depositing.

Account Rules

Each punter may hold one active account. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under a different name, address or payment method, may be closed with any balance forfeited. Account credentials must not be shared, and JokersRevenge is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a punter’s failure to keep login details secure. Accurate registration details are required; providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Welcome Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus credits 150% of a qualifying first deposit, up to a maximum of 1000€.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: 20€.
• Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Maximum bet permitted while wagering: 5€ per spin or hand.
• Slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; table games contribute 10%; live dealer games contribute 10%.
• The bonus and any related winnings expire 30 days after activation if the wagering requirement is not met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per punter, household or shared payment method.

General Promotion Rules

All promotions beyond the welcome bonus, including the weekend reload, weekly cashback and free spins ledger, carry their own individual terms displayed at the point of opt-in. JokersRevenge reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not retroactively cancel wagering progress already completed in good faith. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed instantly for the majority of supported methods. Withdrawals require identity verification prior to the first payout and may take up to five business days depending on the method selected. JokersRevenge reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding standard thresholds. Funds must generally be withdrawn using the same method used to deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. Currency conversion, where applicable, uses the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.

Game Rules and Fairness

All games use a certified random number generator, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. RTP figures published on individual game pages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes over any specific session. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game round, JokersRevenge reserves the right to void the round and refund the stake.

Responsible Gambling

JokersRevenge supports responsible play and offers deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion tools on request through the Support desk. Self-exclusion periods, once confirmed, cannot be reversed early by the punter. Punters who believe their gambling has become problematic are encouraged to contact the Gamblers Anonymous helpline listed in the site footer or to reach out to support directly for guidance toward independent resources.

Limitation of Liability

JokersRevenge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments

JokersRevenge may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the account after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Suspension and Closure

JokersRevenge reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software such as bots or automated betting scripts, or breach of any provision in these terms. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, any bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited, while any legitimately deposited real-money balance not connected to the breach remains available for withdrawal, subject to standard verification. A punter may close their own account at any time by contacting support, with any withdrawable balance paid out through the usual verification process.

Dormant Accounts

An account with no login activity for twelve consecutive months is classified as dormant. JokersRevenge will attempt to notify the punter by email before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee permitted under applicable law. Punters can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and, where required, completing an updated verification step.

Intellectual Property

All branding, graphics, game clients and written content on JokersRevenge remain the property of the company or its licensors. Punters are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the site for personal, non-commercial entertainment only, and may not copy, redistribute or exploit any part of the site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Game Providers

Individual games are supplied by independent studios, each operating under their own certification and testing regime. While JokersRevenge selects providers based on licensing and RNG certification, technical issues originating from a provider’s game client are subject to that provider’s own reporting and resolution process, coordinated through JokersRevenge support on the punter’s behalf.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JokersRevenge holds its operating licence. Any dispute not resolved through the internal complaint process or the licensing body’s independent resolution channel will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that same jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
